I accept all major insurances, including BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and UHC. Out of network pricing is $150 each session. I offer sliding scale pricing on a case-by-case basis.

I use an integrative approach that is tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs, goals, and stage of development. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches and adapt them in ways that feel supportive and appropriate for each client. My work incorporates modalities such as, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), play therapy, and client-centered therapy, allowing for a flexible and personalized experience.
